Ryan Patrick Kelley (also known as RPK) lives in The Point neighborhood of Newport and works in advocacy marketing.

He offers more than 12 years of experience in brand and organizational development, strategic communications, campaign management, media, and community organizing.

Ryan's wide range of political experience spans local, state, as well as a national presidential campaign. In 2006, he served as a member of Senator Sheldon Whitehouse’s team before joining his Washington, D.C. Senate staff the following year. Ryan also served as Dan McKee’s campaign manager in 2010 in his race for Mayor of Cumberland.

In 2020, his company’s work – as part of Reid Hoffman’s $100MM effort to get Trump out of office – received national attention and praise from both the New York Times and the Boston Globe.

A proud Rhode Island native, Ryan returned to the Ocean State after living in San Francisco, New York City, and Washington, DC where he graduated from The George Washington University.

He is the Vice Chair of the Newport Democratic City Committee, a Committeeman for the RI Democratic Party, and serves on the board of the Rhode Island Slave History Medallion Project.

Tennis, sailing, and being a dog dad take up the majority of Ryan's non-working hours.
